Who we are
Who is providing this notice?	Lending Sphere, Inc., a California corporation and licensed real estate broker acting as a mortgage broker (DRE #02217037, NMLS #2485308). Snow Capped Peaks Real Estate is a dba (trade name) of Lending Sphere, Inc. We arrange loans with third-party lenders; we are not the lender.

What we do
How does Lending Sphere, Inc. protect my personal information?	To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Lending Sphere, Inc. collect my personal information?	We collect your personal information, for example, when you ■ apply for a loan or give us your income information ■ provide employment information or give us your contact information ■ show your government-issued ID We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, lenders, or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing?	Federal law gives you the right to limit only ■ sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes: information about your creditworthiness ■ affiliates from using your information to market to you ■ sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. Definitions
Affiliates	Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. ■ Lending Sphere, Inc. has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates	Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. ■ Lending Sphere, Inc. does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing	A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. ■ Lending Sphere, Inc. doesn't jointly market.

As a mortgage broker, we share your application information with the lenders we submit your loan to, and with companies that help process your loan (such as credit reporting agencies, appraisers, title and escrow companies, and our loan application platform, Blink). This sharing is for our everyday business purposes. Each lender may also give you its own privacy notice. When you get this notice. We provide this notice to applicants at the time of application. It is also always available at https://lendingsphere.io/privacy-notice. California residents. Under the California Financial Information Privacy Act, we share information about you outside Lending Sphere, Inc. only as the law allows, for example, to process your transactions or service your loan, with your consent, or as required by law. We do not share your information with affiliates (we have none) or with nonaffiliated companies for marketing. Because of this, there is no California opt-in or opt-out form for you to complete. If our practices change, we will give you the choices California law requires before we share. Licensing.
