This policy explains how Lending Sphere, Inc. ("Lending Sphere," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information through our website at lendingsphere.io (the "Site"). It also explains your choices and rights.
Lending Sphere, Inc. is a California corporation and a real estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE #02217037), NMLS #2485308. We are a mortgage broker, not a lender. We are licensed in California only and serve borrowers throughout California.
1. Information this policy does not cover
Loan applications and financial information. If you apply for a loan, or we otherwise collect nonpublic personal information from you to arrange a mortgage loan, that information is covered by our Privacy Notice (GLBA) under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, not by this policy. Under California law, information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the California Financial Information Privacy Act is exempt from most of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.145(e)).
Blink. Full loan applications are completed on Blink (blink.mortgage), a third-party application portal. When you use Blink, Blink's own terms of use and privacy policy apply to what Blink collects. We receive your application information through Blink, and our Privacy Notice (GLBA) covers how we handle it.
Other websites. This policy does not cover websites we link to, such as Blink, NMLS Consumer Access, or the DRE license lookup.
2. Notice at collection: what we collect and why
The table below lists the personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, income, or financial documents on the Site. Please do not include them in the optional message box. Those items are collected only through the secure Blink application.
Sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the CCPA. Our Site has no advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or ad-network scripts. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.
3. How we use personal information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your request for a call and talk with you about mortgage options;
- start the loan process if you choose to apply (through Blink);
- contact you by your preferred contact method;
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site, including blocking spam and fraud;
- keep records and meet our legal, licensing, and regulatory duties (including DRE and NMLS requirements); and
- protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not use your information for purposes that are not compatible with these without telling you first.
4. How we share personal information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers who help us run the Site and our business and who may use your information only to provide services to us:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), security, Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection, and delivery of form submissions.
- Google (Google Workspace): our business email.
We do not use a CRM or an email-marketing service.
- Our licensed staff. Form submissions go only to Dave Kucera. If you go on to apply, our President/Broker, Nate Kucera, may also work on your loan.
- Lenders and loan-related service providers: only if you go on to apply. That sharing is covered by our Privacy Notice (GLBA).
- Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena, or a regulator's request (including the DRE, NMLS, or CFPB); to enforce our Terms; or to protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Past 12 months. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed identifiers and contact details, information about your request, consent records, internet or network activity, and general location to Cloudflare and Google for business purposes only (hosting, security, form delivery, and email). We did not sell or share any personal information.
5. Cookies, tracking, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
Cookies and scripts. Our Site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own Site. The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile on the "Request a Call" form, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from bots. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security tools to protect the Site; these are not used for advertising or to track you across other sites.
Third-party tracking. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Site.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because our Site does not track you, a DNT signal does not change how the Site works.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information in any case.
6. Your California privacy rights
We provide the rights below to California residents voluntarily and to the extent the law applies to us. You may ask us to:
- Know / access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep under our license);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it through the Site); and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to make a request. Email [email protected] or call Dave Kucera at 303-305-9421 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific). Please tell us what you are asking for and how to reach you.
Verification. We will verify your request by matching information you provide (such as your name, email, and phone number) to what we have on file. We may ask for more information if needed. We will not ask for your Social Security number to verify a website request.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent. We may ask for written proof of the agent's authority and ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Timing. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we will tell you why.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 lets California residents ask what personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires it:
- Leads from the "Request a Call" form: 24 months after your last contact with us.
- Call/text consent records: 5 years.
- Loan files (if you apply): at least 3 years, as required by California Department of Real Estate record-keeping rules (Bus. & Prof. Code § 10148), or longer if a lender or the law requires it.
- Cloudflare security and Turnstile data: according to Cloudflare's own retention periods.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not send sensitive financial information through the website form or by regular email.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
